Communicating and Connecting

The communications committee has decided to implement a text message system that is integrated with an e-mail system.  (The text system would only be used for immediate and necessary action items. The e-mail system will still be the main means of communication for non-urgent messages.)  All members are being asked to sign-up for the message system.  Members that wish to only receive e-mail are still being asked to log into the system and input their e-mail.
